Starting from January to March 2025, we are launching three new bilingual yoga classes, including a new Posture Improvement class, along with Hatha Yoga & Flow Yoga, and Relax Yoga & Meditation!

Ready to kickstart a new wellness habit in 2025?

Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, we offer a range of special classes designed to make starting yoga easy and enjoyable. All of our sessions are taught by bilingual instructors in both English and Japanese, giving you the chance to improve your body and your English in a welcoming, international environment.

After class, for those who wish, we offer a relaxing tea time with chai and more. It's the perfect opportunity to unwind, enjoy a conversation, and connect with others in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Trial classes are available at any time, so feel free to join us whenever you're ready!

Class Name:Hatha Yoga & Flow Yoga

Embrace the next level of challenge

Duration: January 10, 2025 – March 28, 2025
Day: Every Friday (12 sessions total))

Yoga Style: Based on Hatha Yoga
Instructor: Meera (Fluent in Japanese and English)

Level: Intermediate to Advanced (Beginners are welcome)

Energize your body and mind with breath and movement to start your day with vitality!

This class, based on Hatha Yoga, revitalizes both the body and mind by deepening your poses. Flowing movements, including Sun Salutations, are coordinated with the breath to enhance circulation and boost metabolism. Regular practice will strengthen your core and help you build a solid foundation. The bilingual instructor will guide you in both English and Japanese, giving you the opportunity to challenge yourself with yoga in Japanese.


Each month, we will guide you through a program focused on a specific theme:

  • January – Choice「選択」
  • February – Concentration「集中」
  • March – Afterglows「余韻」

Special Event Class Dates:

Friday, January 10, 2025: A special session for those interested in learning yoga terminology in Japanese. A bilingual yoga vocabulary chart will be provided.

Friday, February 14, 2025: Valentine’s Day Chocolate Meditation
(Chocolate will be provided, but if you have specific dietary requirements such as vegan or allergies, please bring your own suitable items.)

Friday, March 14, 2025: Yoga with Furoshiki and Stoles, inspired by the vibrant colors of the Indian Holi Festival.(Furoshiki and stoles are available for loan, but please feel free to bring your favorite furoshiki or stole if you have one.)

A Healing Moment on Weekend Mornings
"Relaxation Yoga & Meditation" is the perfect class to refresh your mind and body on weekend mornings, melting away the stress of the week. With seated poses and gentle movements, this class is suitable for all levels, providing a gentle introduction to yoga for beginners while offering a relaxing experience for more advanced practitioners.
After carefully loosening up your body, you will experience deep relaxation through the "Body Scan Meditation," where you'll bring awareness to each part of your body. This practice reduces stress and boosts your immune system. All instructions are offered bilingually in Japanese and English, allowing you to unwind and recharge in an international atmosphere.

Restore Your Posture, Reclaim Your Confidence

This class focuses on relieving the muscle tension caused by long hours of desk work, helping you reset and improve your posture through gentle yoga techniques. Through a combination of seated poses and simple stretches, we will work to release tightness, promote better alignment, and enhance flexibility. Suitable for all levels, this class will help you feel more balanced and aligned, with a focus on stress relief and posture correction.

A special day for a Double Auspicious Day—Ichiryu Manbaibi (一粒万倍日) and Tora no Hi (寅の日)!
Ichiryu Manbaibi, a day believed to bring prosperity and success, coincides with Tora no Hi (Tiger Day), a day associated with strength and courage, creating a powerful combination of good fortune. After the yoga class, we’ll go on a walking tour to a nearby park. Let’s celebrate this rare, auspicious day and embrace the vibrant spirit of spring together.

Meera

Born in Austria and raised in Japan, certified in India, a bilingual yoga instructor

After graduating from a prestigious national university, Mira worked in the finance department of a major publicly listed company, where she also contributed to the training of overseas subsidiaries in Thailand and India. She earned her yoga certification in India, the birthplace of yoga, and served as a Japanese interpreter during yoga instructor certification training there. At Link & Learn International, Mira teaches yoga classes in both Japanese and English, using her language skills to guide a diverse group of multinational students.

For Trial Participants:

1. Link & Learn International is a membership-based studio.
If you’re interested in trying our yoga classes, we offer a one-time trial session. The trial fee for regular classes is ¥1,500. Please note that the trial discount does not apply to special event days; however, you are welcome to join these events at the standard rate of ¥3,000 without becoming a member.

2. Sign Up for your trial class.
Use the link below to select your preferred class and schedule, complete your payment, and secure your spot.


3. Attend your trial session.
Please come to the studio at your reserved date and time. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us.

4. Interested in becoming a member?
After your trial, choose your desired class from the link below and complete your sign-up. You can pay class fees directly at the studio, via bank transfer, or through Square. If you complete your membership registration and purchase a discounted package of tickets on the same day as your trial, the membership enrollment fee will be waived as part of our current promotion.

2. Save with discounted class passes.
The discounted package of tickets can be used for regular classes, special event days, or make-up sessions in other classes. If you are unable to attend your registered class, you may attend a different class as a make-up session for that day. Please notify us at least two days in advance if you wish to make a change.


The studio will open 15 minutes before class begins.
Please arrive early to change into comfortable clothing in the changing room
and set up your mat in the studio.
*Rental yoga mats are available for 300 yen,
but only for those who have reserved in advance, as the number is limited.

    1Is there a car parking lot?
    There are no parking spaces available for member students. All parking spaces on the premises are designated for monthly contract holders only. There are several paid parking lots nearby.
    2Is there a bicycle parking lot?
    Upon entering the parking lot on the far left side, there are 5 to 6 bicycle parking spaces.
    3Are males welcome to join?
    We welcome anybody and have had male participants each time.
    4Do you have changing rooms?
    We have both female and male changing room facilities.
    5What should I bring?
    Please remember to wear comfortable clothes and bring water and a towel if you need.
    6Why are yoga classes offered only in 3-month terms?
    Our studio operates on a three-term system: Spring Term (April–July), Fall Term (September–November), and Winter Term (January–March). Regular classes are on break in August and December, but we may hold special events during these periods. Your registered class will resume after the break.
