春期バイリンガル ヨガクラス一覧2025

2025年5月9日~7月26日

Join us this spring (May–July 2025) for two refreshing bilingual yoga classes: *Hatha Yoga & Flow Yoga*, and *Relaxation Yoga & Meditation*!

Step into a New You This May — After the Golden Week!

Looking to add a healthy rhythm to your life in Tokyo? Refresh your mind and body with yoga classes designed to fit your lifestyle and support your well-being.

Starting in May, our new term features two distinct bilingual yoga classes:

  • Friday mornings: Energize your day with Hatha Yoga & Flow Yoga
  • Saturday mornings: Unwind with calming Relaxation Yoga & Meditation

These two styles offer the perfect balance of movement and mindfulness, helping you start your weekends feeling centered and refreshed.

All classes are guided in both English and Japanese, making them beginner-friendly and easy to follow, even if you're new to yoga or to yoga in Japanese. Our welcoming community includes fellow expats and locals, creating a warm and international space where you can move, breathe, and connect.

After class, we invite you to stay for a cup of tea and light conversation. It’s a lovely moment to slow down, chat with new friends, and enjoy a bit of relaxed conversation in English if you’d like.

Make yoga part of your weekly self-care. Trial sessions are always available — we’d love to welcome you to the mat!

Hatha Yoga & Flow Yoga

It's the ideal class to push your limits and enhance your practice!

Relaxation Yoga & Meditation

Treat yourself to a special time of self-care and relaxation

Looking to unwind, reduce stress, and find balance in both body and mind? Our Relaxation Yoga & Meditation class, held every Saturday, is perfect for beginners and anyone seeking a peaceful, grounding experience.

Release tension and recharge through gentle movement, deep relaxation, and mindfulness. Leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Yoga beginners, non-Japanese speakers are welcome to join with ease.
A multilingual environment where diverse backgrounds come together to practice, learn, and grow.
A small social time after each class is open to everyone, offering an opportunity to make local friends.
Priority Invitation to Link & Learn International's special events and local community events.

Special Event Series – Unique Yoga Experiences

As part of our regular class schedule, we occasionally host special event sessions with unique seasonal themes to enrich your yoga experience and support personal growth.

【Friday, May 9, 2025】Journaling & Intention Setting
Kick off the new term with a guided journaling session. Reflect on your goals for spring 2025 and bring awareness to both physical concerns and personal aspirations. Writing things down will help you enhance the impact of your yoga practice from the inside out.

【Friday, June 20, 2025】International Yoga Day Celebration
June 21 marks *International Yoga Day*, coinciding with the summer solstice—the longest day of the year. In celebration of this global event, we’ll hold a special program to honor the physical and mental benefits of yoga and connect with a worldwide community of practitioners.

【Friday, July 11, 2025】Full Moon Yoga – Chandra Namaskar
The full moon is believed to amplify the body's energy and emotional sensitivity. In yoga philosophy, it's seen as a time when internal energy reaches its peak. To honor this natural rhythm, we’ll practice *Moon Salutations (Chandra Namaskar)*—a gentle, grounding sequence that helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system and bring the body and mind into harmony.

After carefully loosening up your body, you will experience deep relaxation through the "Body Scan Meditation," where you'll bring awareness to each part of your body. This practice reduces stress and boosts your immune system. All instructions are offered bilingually in Japanese and English, allowing you to unwind and recharge in an international atmosphere.

We’ll incorporate furoshiki (a traditional Japanese wrapping cloth used for carrying or presenting items) as part of the experience. Let the soft embrace of a furoshiki wrap you in warmth and tranquility. In this unique session, experience deep relaxation as your mind and body gently unwind. Surrender to the soothing touch of the fabric and discover a new level of calm.

【Saturday, June 21, 2025】International Yoga Day
