【クラス】ヨガのレッスン後少しの間、参加者とグループセッションを設けています。外国籍参加者も多いので、英会話の練習にもなります。バイリンガルのスタッフがサポートします。
【講師】ミラ先生はインドで講師資格を取得したバイリンガルのインストラクターです。レッスンでは呼吸法とスローフローヨガを組み合わせることで心の平静とバランスも整えていきます。

The class will be conducted by a bilingual instructor in both English and Japanese. In our one-hour yoga session, you'll learn to control your breath and experience deep relaxation.

【Instructor】 Teacher Meera is a bilingual instructor certified in India. Combining breathing techniques and slow-flow yoga in lessons, we will also work on achieving mental calmness and balance.
【Class Fee】One class ticket with membership (regular tuition) ¥3,000
